Pilates

Your body knows
how to be strong.

Reformer. Mat. Movement. Pilates has been my constant — and now I'm bringing it to you.

The Practice

The practice that
started it all.

Before yoga, before KAP, before sound healing — there was Pilates. For more than 10 years, reformer and mat work have been part of my daily life. It was never just exercise. It was the place I returned to when I needed to feel grounded in my body again.

That decade of practice is what makes my teaching different. Now certified by Balanced Body in both Movement Principles and Mat Pilates, I bring that lived understanding into every session.

No performance. No perfect form policing. Just honest, precise movement that builds the kind of strength that changes how you inhabit your life.

"Pilates was my anchor before I knew what anchoring was. Ten years in, it still teaches me something new."

What to expect

Precise. Intentional.
Always honest.

01
Movement Principles first

Before the exercises, the foundations. My training in Balanced Body Movement Principles means every class is built on correct alignment, breath and control.

02
Strength that's functional

Not aesthetics. The kind of deep, core-centred strength that changes how you move through everyday life — how you sit, stand, carry, breathe.

03
Connected to the whole

My Pilates doesn't exist in isolation. For those working with me in yoga or KAP, it becomes a complementary layer of physical grounding.
